Abstract

FIXED-TERM contracts. Unfair dismissal by an invalid probationary period. Payment of salaries to employees pending proceeding in court do only extent to the moment in which a particular agreement should have been terminated by the existence of any legal or agreed causes that validly produce extinction. On temporary contracts, whose duration has already expired at the time of pronouncing a sentence, the obligation to choose be-comes a unique obligation to compensate.
