Inspection of Labour and Social Security

Abstract

In this practical case is reproduced the statement of assumption referred to the activity of the Inspection of Labour and Social Security that was proposed as the third exercise in the competition for admission to the Higher Body of Inspectors of Labour and Social Security, made by Resolution of 10 October 2018 of the Undersecretariat (BOE of 22 October and correction of errors in Resolution of 12 November –BOE of 20 November–). It is an analysis of the questions arising from the proposed case in made jointly with a law-based solution.
