Inspection of Labour and Social Security (case study)

Abstract

In this practical case is reproduced the statement of assumption refered to the activity of the Inspection of Labour and Social Security that was proposed as the third exercise in the competition for admission to the Higher Body of Inspectors of Labour and Social Security made by Order ESS/1774/2015 of 31 July –BOE of 3 of September–. It is an analysis of the questions arising from the proposed case is made jointly with a law-based solution.
