Abstract

The present case study reproduces the wording from the one included as third exercise in the call for civil service examinations –admission for manager at the Social Security in 2015 via Orden ESS/2411/2015, de 6 de noviembre–. The solution analyses the issues laid out for consideration, including the legal basis for the answer.
