The legislation comparison on the fixed-term contract shows that in certain countries the regulation is not uniform in spite of all the national reforms recall the same European Union directive. Therefore we could have suspicions on the legislative choices of some countries justified by flexibility needs and work modernisation to contrast the unemployment, both for an unnecessary regulation diversification and for the inadequate results achieved to increase the occupation in those states who have reduced the worker protections.
