This case study reproduces the wording of course referring to the activity of the Inspectorate of Labour and Social Security as the third exercise raised in the notice of competition for admission to the Corps of Subinspectors of Employment and Social Security (now Subinspectors Labour Corps, Scale of Employment and Social Security), corresponding to 2014 –Orden ESS/1566/2014, of 26 August (BOE of 3 September)–. It analyzes issues arising from the approach is made, incorporating the legal basis of the response.
