Abstract

Education administration grants public financial aid to private education centers with a view of collaborating in their provision of the public education service. However, when the number of students goes down, the number of concerted classrooms is likewise affected. In such cases, due to the decrease in students, teachers with whom a permanent contract was signed may be no longer required. Thus, in the present research paper we are going to analyze to what extent a hand-over contract may be an alternative option to the dismissal of the referred teachers.
