Unemployment protection for fixed seasonal workers

Abstract

The unemployment protection is built on the prototype contract for a fixed and full-time worker, and when we apply this model to the fixed seasonal workers causes numerous problems that have required a specific regulatory treatment. In the present study we analyze the specialties provided by the law in order to protect unemployment of these workers (the tax-quote, the unemployed situation during periods of inactivity, the accreditation of this legal situation of unemployment, the particularities in the subsistence level, etc.).
