Abstract

Regulatory changes are often a source of controversy that sometimes affect problems that already seemed peacefully solved. In this case, the Provincial Court of Zaragoza, as a result of a reform produced in 2015, resurrects, 5 years later, the old problem of the filing of pleadings within 15 hours of the last day of the deadline and the different treatment of substantive and procedural deadlines. In these letters we try to reason why the doctrine of the Provincial Court of Zaragoza is not applicable to the social order of jurisdiction.
