Abstract

Within the state of alarm, Royal Decree-Law 10/2020, of 29 March, regulates recoverable paid leave for those people who work as employees in order to reduce the mobility of the population during the fight against the spread of COVID-19. In the ruling analysed, the application of the recoverable paid leave is studied in relation to the workers' right to annual leave provided for in article 38 of the Workers' Statute.
