Abstract

This case on the work of the Inspection of Labour and Social Security has been raised as a third examination in the call for access to the Body of Labour Inspectors, Scale of Employment and Social Security, 2024 –Resolution of 26 December 2024 (BOE of 06 January 2025)–. Analyses the issues arising from the approach, incorporating the legal basis for the response.
