Higher Corps of Technicians of Social Security Administration

Abstract

This article reproduces the wording of the examination problem and provides a structured legal analysis of the case that was set as the third exercise in the competitive examination for entry into the Senior Technical Corps of the Social Security Administration, convened by Resolution of the Undersecretariat of the Ministry of Inclusion, Social Security and Migration of 29 November 2024 (Official State Gazette of 5 December 2024). The study examines the legal issues arising from the case and develops the legal reasoning supporting the proposed solutions, in accordance with the legislation in force at the time the examination was held, on 10 September 2025.
