Higher Corps of Technicians of Social Security Administration

Abstract

The objective of this paper will be to analyze the case exercise presented as the third part of the entrance examinations for the Higher Corps of Technicians of the Social Security Administration, in regards to the selection process published in the Resolution of the Undersecretiat of the Ministry of Inclusion, Social Security and Migration of November 29th, 2024 (BOE December 5th, 2024). This paper will address the first case study proposed in the exam, answering every question in accordance with current legislation, namely as of September 10th of 2025, date on which the examination was held.
