Abstract

This case study provides a detailed examination of the legal reasoning underpinning the practical scenario forming the subject of the second examination exercise of the 2023/2024 competitive examination call –Resolution of 23 December 2024 (Official State Gazette of 31 December)– for entry into the Corps of Management of the Social Security Administration through open competition, held on 21 June 2025. The analysis is conducted on the basis of the legislation published and in force as at 20 May 2025.
