This review examines the collective volume The «Multilevel System of Guarantees» and Its Impact on Spanish Social Law: Dialogues and Conflicts Concerning Conventionality Review, edited by Isabel María Villar Cañada and Cristóbal Molina Navarrete. The volume studies the multilevel protection of social and labour rights, with particular emphasis on conventionality review and its interaction with European Union law, the European Social Charter, and other international legal instruments. The review particularly highlights the volume's methodological coherence, its topical relevance, and its contribution to the scholarly debate on the effective protection and enforcement of labour and social rights.
