The public service before the Labour Courts: critical aspects

This article analyzes the proceedings before the Labour Courts following the assumption by the order of competition for the prosecution of acts of labor Administration in the exercise of its powers. It addresses the initial regulation contained in Law 36/2011, regulation of judicial and social reforms in the regulatory body by Royal Decree-Law 3/2012, of 10 February, and Act 3/2012 of 6 July, with special attention to those administrative acts of collective effects. Finally, the article discusses the recent Fees Act and its impact on labor prosecution.
