Abstract

This case study reproduces the formulation of the case study related to the activity of the Subinspection of Employment and Social Security set out as third exercise in de official announcement of the competitive examination for the entrance to the Body of Subinspectors of Employment and Social Security of the year 2010 (Order TIN/2216/2010). Here it is carried out an analysis of the questions derived from the exposition, incorporating the legal reasoning of the answer.
