Information technologies (IT) are redrawing the socioeconomic and labor, in such a way that know-how processes and tasks of the companies of any sector is undergoing a profound process of transformation. The increased autonomy that employees now have to access to information, process and distribute individually makes them growing valuable resources with a greater ability to require corporations flexibility and a flatter hierarchy. As a result, we are heading towards a new kind of organization more open and porous because it is more effective to address the rapidly changing market. Moreover networking and new mobile technologies are challenging the design of work centers and the need for physical presence of the employee in the work place, whose effectiveness can be measured more precisely through friendly and cheaper or free applications.
