This article offers us a general vision of the relationship between Psychological Contract and Organizational Citizenship Behavior. Our pretention is to value this relationship under the present-day economical crisis point of view. Business organizations, and specially their human resources departments, have a considerable responsibility concerning facts related to the creation of profficient, effective and efficient institutions. In this frame of work, we propose some strategies and choices to solve different conflicts by means of Psychological Contract.
