Publishing Team Responsibilities
Publishing Director
He/she is responsible for the institutional representation of the journal. As head of the publishing team, he/she decides on the appointment and dismissal of directors and editors, as well as the members of the Scientific Committee. He/she is responsible for delegating tasks to individual team members and dictates the general guidelines and overall scope of the journal.
Journal Director
He/she is appointed by the publishing director on the basis of his/her experience, dedication and ability. His/her duties include planning the content of the publication and ensuring that the process of producing the different issues is conducted in accordance with the standards of the publication. Receiving input and the opinion of the Publishing Board, he/she ultimately decides on the acceptance or rejection of the works.
Deputy Director
Their role is to assist the director in defining the content and style of the journal.
Publishing secretariat
Their role is to assist the director in defining the content and style of the journal. He/she assigns manuscripts to reviewers and supervises the evaluation process, as well as, in general, the publication of papers. Likewise, together with the rest of the members of the Publishing Board, he/she takes decisions on authors' requests for adjustment of the papers to the evaluation reports.
Scientific Committee
Comprised of national and international experts in Labour and Social Security Law and Human Resources, with the capacity to encourage the participation of renowned scientists in the publication and to open it to the outside world, the committee collaborates with the Publishing Board in the design of the journal's publishing policy, continuously evaluating the scientific quality of its published content.
Editors and coordinators
They are responsible for the publishing process of the journal (from the reception of the original manuscripts to their subsequent proofreading, layout and final editing of the contents of the publication).
