It is an accurate exposition of how marketing means to serve, create and communicate. To delve deeper into this, the author has divided the book into these three parts. The introduction is a brief review of the generally negative perception and generalized ignorance that exists about what means, what is, how it is done in marketing, sometimes confusing it with advertising, digital communication, events, protocol, spending, consumerism, materialism..., when it really is that and much more. I would highlight the book's easy and entertaining reading, which uses clear, concrete and understandable language, and the variety of examples it describes, which makes it more enjoyable and understandable if possible. In general, it is an instructive and enlightening book, it probably does not provide anything that we do not know, but I do believe that sometimes there is knowledge that we know but that we do not relate to a specific topic and we do not give them the importance they really have.
