Abstract

The evolution of the concept of victim of gender violence is a fact. Also, the body of regulations aimed at protecting vulnerable women is gradually developing, as society becomes increasingly aware of the different scenarios of vulnerability and parliaments and governments are reacting to them. These factors are considered in the judgment analyzed in order to, adopting a gender perspective, provide a solution that favor the protection of women victims of trafficking for sexual exploitation.
