An analysis is made of the origin, context and content of some of the basic aspects of the Master Plan for a decent work 2018-2020, putting the focus on those that suppose a greater precariousness of the working conditions. Comments are made from the perspective of the labour Inspectorate, with the practical vision that offers the knowledge of the reality and with a legal perspective of the possibilities that the law offers and of the existing difficulties. The master plan is considered as an essential instrument to the extent that it codifies and systematizes the inspectors' actions and offers an essential social and administrative visibility for the achievement of the objectives.
