Abstract

The present case study reproduces the wording from the one included as third exercise in the call for civil service examinations –admission for manager at the Social Security in 2016 via 2016 –Resolución de 30 de diciembre de 2016 (BOE de 16 de enero de 2017)–. The solution analyses the issues laid out for consideration, including the legal basis for the answer.
