Abstract

This case study reproduces the wording of the one proposed as third part of the test in the 2016 call for public examinations to join the Civil Service higher body of social security technicians –the Cuerpo Superior Técnico de la Administración de la Seguridad Social–, as laid out in the 18 October 2016 Resolution of the Under Secretary for Work and Pensions. In its unravelling (the author being the only one to blame for in case of right or wrong answers), an analysis of the questions arising from the proposed case is made jointly with a law-based solution.
