Abstract

Workers affiliated with a trade union may, in the field of the undertaking or workplace, constitute trade union sections in accordance with the union's bylaws. In the business field, trade union sections can negotiate when they add up to the majority of unitary representation and they decide this. However, the willingness to negotiate will depend on the prior authorization of the union's executive committee, in order to ensure adequate protection of the labour rights of working persons.
