Compensation for contract extinction in the senior management personnel relationship

The main effect in the extinction of a labour contract, apart from the end of providing services obligation, is the economic compensation to be received by the employee. The dichotomy between the fixed character of the compensation, and agreement’s liberty which rules the senior management personnel, obliges to study steadily every issue to quantify. The salary (including bonus and addicional benefits) and the number of years spent in the job are criteriums to evaluate the compensation, and shall be analysed below, insisting not only in the usual experiences but the judicial interpretations.
