Abstract

The criminal proceedings opened in March 2014 against high officers of the Andalusian Employment Service permits a wide and deep research on the activity of one of the most important Spanish agencies engaged in active employment policies, that of Andalusia, until unthinkable
extremes in an ordinary research. The impressive amount of documents and declarations merged in 50.000 pages allow us to determine the real causes for the failing of these policies in the region, which suffers a very low employment percentage and a scarce level of professionality.
