Abstract

In this work on seeks to relate the current condition of the jurisdictional social order, affected in the last times by a set of important reforms, with the arrival to its enclosure of the protested judicial taxes. The planned aim rests in analyzing their incidence and what effects make in the specific judicial effective guardianship that this branch of Right needs.
