Abstract

The successive ritual regulation that has been endowed to the jurisdictional social order concerning a couple of years demonstrates so much the need to rejuvenate to this manifestation of the jurisdiction as the legislative hesitations that stop to guess a legislative speed in the one that hides a deficient legislative issue. In this work, we propose a study with regard to the historical evolution of the test of trade in this jurisdictional sector, from diligencias para mejor proveer to diligencias finales. This analysis will stop to guess that the changes that are proclaimed, at least in the selected supposition, maybe are not so intensive.
