Unconcretions as for the regime of Social Security of the employees serving the family home after the Law 27/2011. Some practical considerations

Abstract

Reform labour market Law 27/2011 introduces additional disposition 39.ª that eliminates domestic employees' special regime, including the group of the domestic employees in the general regime of the Social Security System. This normative leave unsolved matters of regulation that will impede undoubtedly the practical application of the new dispositions. The object of the present study consists of aiming that sublie in the additional disposition 39.ª and analyzing the different problems that the effective application of the new regulation.
