The measures adopted over the years in order to correct the precariousness and segmentation of the labour market, specially the promotion of indefinite labour contracts, based on the reduction of employers social contributions, have results ineffective, well when the bonuses finish, on the whole, the companies put an end to formally indefinite labour contracts, which takes to the creation of long and short indefinite contracts, generating a new dualism. In the last few years we have been unable to promote the use of indefinite contracts amongst the companies, which demonstrates that these contracts do not eliminate temporality, at the most they canalize part of it. The paper analyses in a critical manner the new contract for entrepreneurs, as a new solution to dualism and proposes effective measures to rationalize temporary contracts, to discourage their fraudulent and unjustified use, so that with a real will we may once and for all end the problem of precariousness.
