Abstract

Through the work below reproduced it is examined the evolution of the alternative entities to the Social Security. The mechanisms for social coverage of people who were involved in medical practice and, in particular, those who did it for the autonomous regions or as freelancers. It deals also, from the point of view of Social Security, with the problems of the pension scheme of doctors in medical-pharmaceutical care and in industrial accidents, and the solution adopted, after the end of that regime, by the Royal Decree 565/2010 of 7 May.
