Learning, employability and ethical behavior: quantitative test of a mediated model

In the last years, there has been an important increase in the number of works trying to answer an important question: what causes unethical behavior in a firm? This work aims to advance in the answer to this question. Much research has analyzed the impact of multiple variables of organizational environment on ethical behavior. However, there are not studies that test the impact of organizational learning capability (OLC) on workers' ethical behavior. This was the main goal of this study. We tested our hypotheses through a structural equation methodology.
