Complementariedades de los enfoques de dirección estratégica de recursos humanos: hacia una visión global en los hoteles españoles

Este trabajo pretende analizar las diferentes perspectivas que han tratado de estudiar la dirección estratégica de recursos humanos, analizando los supuestos de los que parte cada una de ellas y las complementariedades que pueden deducirse de ellas tras su aplicación mediante su contrastación en el sector hotelero español. Las conclusiones y desarrollos futuros del modelo planteado nos ayudan a entender cada vez mejor la manera en la que la organización puede gestionar y desarrollar su capital humano de manera que contribuya al logro de los objetivos que se plantee.
