Abstract

Law 3/2017, of June 27, of General State Budgets for the year 2017, it addresses, in particular, the predominant subjects attributed to these annual laws. However, throughout its articles are also found, although certainly dispersed, some references that have a direct effect in terms of employment policies, although not included in a specific section as such, these references are contained in some of the additional, transitional or final provisions with which the standard is completed.

The present paper aims, therefore, to provide an overview of the labor perspective that emerges from the mentioned law, putting in order and agglutinating the recent references contained in the current General Budget Law of the State for 2017 which, expressly, have a special impact on employment.
