Abstract

The judgment considers the labour character of the relationship between the company Amazon and its "supposedly independent" collaborators when the organisation and management of the service is entrusted to an app. The reasoning focuses on the characteristics of the employment relationship, placing special emphasis on the "alienation" (due to the disvalue of the means employed by one –the collaborators– and the other –the company–) and on dependence (despite the appearance of organisational freedom championed by the organisation).
