Commentary on Supreme Court Ruling 1308/2024 of 3 December

Abstract

The Supreme Court recognizes a mother's right to benefits to care for a child with a serious illness. The court considers that in this case the requirement of long-term hospital admission required by the benefit is equivalent to the prolonged health care in day hospital centres required for the treatment of the minor's illness.
