Abstract

The economic crisis facing Spain has led a number of important legal changes, including the Law 3/2012 of 6 July and Royal Decree-Law 4/2013 of 22 February. This article aims to draw attention to some of its major developments in regard to the promotion of youth employment and entrepreneurship through an analysis of the legal proposals and realistic solutions.
