Abstract

The high unemployment recorded in Spain have made particularly attractive the self-employment, among the self-employement forms are those types of companies in which a part of enterprise its workforce, the cooperative enterprise. This paper discusses not only the basic labor features of the different entities of social economy, but also the practical aspects of recent policy reforms with which it has been tried on the one hand, encourage the conclusion of new entities of this nature and secondly, to increase the template already established.
