Abstract

It is considered to value an opening of markets unprecedented move, the larger multinationals, the evolution of technologies and features prominently Asian population, shape a world in which developed countries are beginning to deliver the witness of competitiveness to emerging economies, among which highlight what has been called Big Six (BRIC –Brazil, Russia, India and China–, plus Mexico and South Korea), beginning to transform the game of doing business, because it is changing the direction of capital flows to emerging new customers while innovation is global, the battle for natural resources intensifies and the war for talent comes at a stage of Globalization 3.0.

Besides the economic, crisis makes the company to focus on the urgency to save the short term and forget how important it will guarantee the future, something that depends primarily on how to manage talent. Racing Talent for Talent is the main message that with data that justify it. Thus, this paper proposes to win the future of organizations.
