Abstract

This commentary examines the Supreme Court ruling 977/2023 of 15 November. This establishes a fixed compensation of 1,800 euros for men who, after the ruling of the Court of Justice of the European Union of December 12, 2019, the National Social Security Institute denied the demographic contribution supplement, so they had to go through a judicial process to make it effective.
