Abstract

In the Spanish Labour Law there is a profound contradiction in the treatment of drug addiction in the workplace. The political and institutional framework of treating drug dependence as a disease. But Act statutory continues to perpetuate the disciplinary treatment. The majority collective bargaining remains stuck in the past moralistic and repressive. However, today we can find a number of negotiating experiences that introduce more innovative treatments.
