Abstract

The Law 48/2015, of 29 October, the General State Budget for 2016, and as usual in the Budget Laws, the credits for Social Security costs in 2016, as well as forecasts of revenue are collected with to sustain such expenses. To this end, the running costs of the Social Security Administration will regulate the adjustment of pensions and other public benefits and economic bases, rates and other parameters for the purpose of contribution to Social Security are determined and for other joint collection.
Finally, some aspects of Law 48/2015 related to the protective action of the Social Security are collected, highlighting the establishment of a pension supplement maternity leave for women with two or more children, as they cause pension from January 1, 2016, regulating the mechanism of delayed retirement scheme in the State Passive Class, a new support system in the non-contributory invalidity pension and income from work or a further delay in the actual application certain Social Security benefits covered by previous laws (such as improved pensions for widows, extending the length of maternity benefit consideration, as quoted period, the borrowed during compulsory military service or social service substitute, or the possibility of part-time quote in cases of self-employment).
