Abstract

The year 2012 has begun for Social Security, as for other forms of public action managed by the General Administration of the State, with the extension of the General State Budgets for 2011, approved by Law 39/2010, December 22; an extension which has been accompanied by the adoption of additional measures, contained in a disposition with the rank of royal decree-law, Royal Decree-Law 20/2011 of 30 December, on urgent budgetary, tax and financial for correcting the deficit (BOE of 31 December 2011 and correction of errors January 10, 2012) which contain certain provisions affecting Social Security, especially in the areas of trading, the revaluation pensions or unemployment benefits, and the content is included in this work.
