Abstract

Continuum that is life is a beginning and an end, in its borders there are the «embryonic human being» and the «decadent human being». Without the first one no «human being» is possible. The second one is inevitable and all the human beings, without exception, became one of them. However, paradoxically, both have been and continue being the subject matter of extermination and elimination politics, legislations and practices (even of the common life). This work is dedicated to claim the basic rights in a logic and ontologic perspective (to the right to health, the right to physic, psychic and moral integrity, and the right to life) of the human beings in such states.
