Abstract

This article addresses the main developments incorporated into the national system of industrial relations by Government Decree 10/2010 of 16th June, of urgent measures to reform the labour market.

From its wording, the authors provide a first approximation to changes aimed to «reducing the duality and the temporary labour market», «promote internal flexibility», «encourage the use of reduced hours as a means of temporary employment adjustment», «promote employment of young and unemployed people» or «improve job placement and action of employment agencies».
