Abstract

In general, for cause entitled to contributory Social Security benefits is necessary, as well as meet the specific requirements for each one of them, meet the ensuing the contingency or protected status, the general conditions of being affiliated and in high speed corresponding or in a situation assimilated to high, except for legal provision to the contrary, and prove compliance with a period of shortage or price, in which case, only to be computable effectively made contributions or expressly subordinated to them in the applicable provisions; so, the right to cause benefits becomes dependent still inspired by the scheme of insurance requirements or requirements to get right to them, except in certain contingencies and to influence the protection of the fulfilment by the employer's Social Security obligations. The purpose of this study is to check how a prior lack for the recognition of the right to economic benefits both the General Scheme and the Special Schemes is required.
