The conflictive dimension in the management of working time is not a new aspect; it is the treatment of the effects on the psychosocial health of people, as provided by the Judgment of the Court of Justice of the European Union of 9 March 2021, case C-344/19. In effect, it is a different approach to the classic aspects of the management of work times, moving to a preventive management approach of psychosocial risk factors in order to achieve personal and social well-being of workers.
