The practical applications of the replacement contract: A jurisprudential answer

As is known, the replacement contract, closely linked to the figure of partial retirement, acting as an instrument of employment policy, through whom not only a gradual transition to retirement situation is allowed, but new opportunities are also created employment for unemployed workers. This figure, like others, has also undergone major changes coincide with the various labor reforms adopted successively in recent years, a situation which in some cases can lead to practical problems related to the correct application of the legal regime. This paper analyzes the controversial issue in this kind of contract jurisprudence.
